Brainvire SMS Extension allows you to conveniently communicate with clients via SMS in SuiteCRM. Both incoming SMS and outgoing SMS are supported in this add-on with just a simple configuration. Other APIs outside of Nexmo, Plivo and Twilio can also be configured.

I've followed the instructions to install the plugin, but I'm not seeing the icon to send sms messages in any of the lists.

Please take the latest package from store & install it. We have added option to Rebuild SMS Angular FIles from Admin Panel in CRM.
Did you follow all the steps mentioned in https://store.suitecrm.com/docs/bv-sms-extension/suitecrm-8-installation-steps
As per that we need to have Angular CLI, Node & Yarn as per SuiteCRM8.6 compatibility matrix.
Once you have this software configuration we need to perform Rebuild SMS Angular Files from CRM Admin Panel.

We updated the packages and it broke our installation. We were able to get it fixed, but we still can't get the angular compilation to work. The plugin is still not working. We have had to set it aside and will come back to it soon.
