I wrote a custom SQL query as given in the instruction and still unable to complete the described functionality above. The reason being is the way the custom SQL works is it only lets you create a view of data to LEFT JOIN to returned results in a report. If the data is not returned, you can't join it to be displayed. So even though my custom SQL returns all three entity types, they're not displayed in the report.
If you could offer a way to do this, it would be extremely helpful.

This seems to have been fixed in a previous release. It can now be marked as closed.

You should have already received it. Please let me know if you haven't.
Also, it looks like it an issue if the label is for the empty or null value

I have not manually changed any of the colors. They became mismatched on their own by default. I will email you a screenshot of what I'm seeing.

Actually just found the follow: https://store.suitecrm.com/docs/SugarChimp/version-history
But it doesn't look like it's up to date. It would be awesome if you could include a CHANGELOG in the actual package.

That sounds. It's not an immediate priority for me and I have a few things I have to take care of. I also plan on upgrading from 7.9.9 to 7.10.x; let me take care of that and see if the issue still exists. I'll get back to you as soon as that's done either way.

Jon,
I've been using the "Invalid" flag manually when emails bounce back as people no longer having that email. Do you look at the "Invalid" flag, or just the "Opt-Out" flag?
