  Hi Max,

  This is a completely new instance of Suite as we are now running Suite 8.7.1. We did not migrate the old instance so I don't think this is the issue. When you click validate licence, nothing happens.

  A huge thank you to Dell and the team for resolving this issue!. The plugin works perfectly. The problem was caused by a different customised plugin.

  Hi, Thanks for your response. We are running version 7.12.7

  Ctrl + Click still does not allow you to remove the device, (there is no cross present, just the nae given to the device.

  I do not have cookies disabled in either google chrome or Edge.

  Dell from Urdhva Tech quickly jumped on a call following my support request and diligently worked to firstly isolate where the issue was and then corrected the issue in the code from a different plugin.
