Yes it was working previously, I'm confused by the 403, is that suggesting it can't connect to my server? or a server run by the plugin company? I haven't even logged in yet. It's very odd

So I have found the problem. Archiving emails only works with an Admin level account, you can login with a user level account but not archive emails.
Is there a way of using the outlook plugin with standard user logins?

Its a battle.... but we're getting there.
see above the rather ironic message that the athentication is successfull, but when I click archive it brings up the unable to connect to suitecrm message.
Any ideas please? I'm so close!

You'll be glad to here I have fixed the database error, it was a mysql call error and required alteration to SugarBean.php
I'm am now having trouble on the outlook like, after entering all the credentials it gives me an unknown error when submitting and I am sure the credentials are correct

An excellent app, in some ways the UI is better than the desktop web version of SuiteCRM. Simple and intuitive to use with excellent support from the TapCRM team during setup and operation. I'm in the process of launching a SuiteCRM installation for a company and the TapCRM team have now made me 2 custom modules to add functionality to my build. Very helpful and would certainly recommend. View Add-on
