Brainvire SMS Extension allows you to conveniently communicate with clients via SMS in SuiteCRM. Both incoming SMS and outgoing SMS are supported in this add-on with just a simple configuration. Other APIs outside of Nexmo, Plivo and Twilio can also be configured.

SMS Popup

From Popup, you can select Email templates also that can be designed from Email Template module. Also you can see the chat history

Email Template Module

To create SMS template, select SMS module and select SMS Template checkbox. Template in SMS popup box will reflect only when this two details are filled in template.

Schedule SMS : Now, there's one option to schedule SMS. For that go to BV Schedule SMS.

Create a record : Then create a record.

Schedule Time : Based on what time we schedule it the SMS will be sent at that time. This is the outbound SMS.

Birthday and Anniversary SMS :

Save Birthday and Anniversary dates in Contacts Module and the details will be shown under SMS Subpanel. The SMS Scheduler is scheduled for once in a day.

SMS Opt Out :

Twilio integration automatically manages SMS preferences:

  1. Opt-Out Handling: When someone opts out of receiving messages (e.g., by replying "STOP"), Twilio intimates that contact is marked as "Opted-Out." On attempting to send message to that number it shows an error message as shown in the screenshot below.

  2. Automatic SMS Exclusions: This will skip sending messages to any opted-out contacts in both individual and bulk SMS campaigns.
