#2543 - Can't connect to billing to update/increase licences
Hi, We are attempting to increase the number of licences but each attempt results in an error message saying 'can't connect to billing'.
Please can you advise?

I apologize for that! You can now increase your number of licenses. We extended your trial to March 6th to ensure that you have a full 30 days to try it out.

Hi, I work with jonnie00 - We are still unable to provide access to any other users as in the manage users section we see the following:
Licensed User Count: 6
Available Licenses: 0
Additional Licenses Needed: 5
Can we please get this sorted ASAP as we need multiple users to trial this tool?

Hi Dave,
I just increased your user count to 11. If you revalidate the same license key you will see the Licensed User Count as being 11 now. This can be changed from the orders page at https://store.suitecrm.com/orders under jonnie00's account.
