#4865 - Validation fails because of http 500 error
Hi, developer. On the validation page, after I enter the key and click VALIDATE, nothing happens. In the developer mode, I see a 500 HTTP error and the referral policy is strict-origin-when-cross-origin. I suitecrm_gcp.log, I find: [48889][bee3d0ce-4a3b-cda6-8c99-643fa626ab19][FATAL] FieldAuditForNewRecords::runBefore audit check [48889][bee3d0ce-4a3b-cda6-8c99-643fa626ab19][FATAL] FieldAuditForNewRecords::runAudit check true Could you please advise how to fix this error? The issue was fixed on Server. it was due to php v8.0. we have also updated plugin files to avoid any inconvenience for future.
