Why I am getting this error message ?
The license was unable to validate. Please log into your SugarCRM instance, go to Admin->SugarChimp->License Configuration and validate your license.

Hello there,
Looking at your license key, it seems that it's only been pinged a few times in the last couple weeks, meaning that most of our processes are not reaching their destination. Our scheduler runs check to ensure your license is valid before it will process any syncing. My guess is that there is a firewall on the network blocking outbound calls to SugarOutfitters? If you go to admin > SugarChimp Configuration > Step 2, and click validate, does it show the license key is validated?
Also, can you email or Sugar logs to [email protected]? You can get them by going to admin > System Settings > View log. Click all, and copy all on that page and paste it into a text document. We will get you sorted out!
