Hello and thank you for the comment. I cannot think of a way to do this automatically as things are currently.
Is the use case users potentially changing their dashboards and you want to make sure everyone is seeing something consistent? The trigger can be a change in the user on the templated dashboard. I can think of how we might accomplish this but it might take some custom development.
Let me know if you would be interested in this and I'll do some deeper investigation.
