#2288 - Error Bad Request - HTTP-HTTPS when save

Closed General Question created by onlye Verified Purchase 5 years ago

When I try to Save a Form I am getting the following error:

Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Reason: You're speaking plain HTTP to an SSL-enabled server port. Instead use the HTTPS scheme to access this URL, please.

Additionally, a 400 Bad Request error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

thanks, eric

    Hello,

Can you please verify if your site_url is correct or not. It seems in your site_url you have HTTP and your CRM is hosted on HTTPS. You can find the site_url settings in your config.php at the root of your CRM. After correcting your site_url, You need to regenerate your form.

Thanks & Regards, Team Urdhva Tech
