#5525 - smtp not working

I updated the password on the account we use for SMTP and when I go to the SMTP settings on the SuteCRM email settings it updated without any issues, but on Survey Rocket I added the same SMTP settings and credentials and it's giving me a "Could not authenticate" error. This is for O365 and the SMTP settings are: Provider - Other SMTP server - smtp.office365.com TLS 587 Correct user name and password

This worked previously just FYI
