Hi. Is it possible to convert from monthly subscriptions to a yearly one without changing the subscription key? We are currently using the monthly key in LIVE environment and would like to explore the option of converting to a yearly plan.

    Yes, absolutely. Whenever you'd like to make that change just let us know here and we will get that converted over without any need of switching keys.
