#4874 - License wont validate after 7.12 version update
We've had 4.,0 working for a while, but trying to fix something else we updated to the latest 4.0 version for 7.12.
We UNINSTALLED 4.0 (keeping the tables) and installed the new 4.0. We don't seem to be able to validate the license anymore.
the result is the module isnt working, and the admin screen is empty (the old format are gone) which I think are related.
Can you help us with this?

Is it possible for you to connect remotely through Anydesk or Teamviewer?

The license issue turned out to have been temporary (license server issue)? I just manually backed up and restore all the table starting with "vi" in the SQL DB, so all is well now.
