A complete SuiteCRM and Docusign integration which allows us to quickly pull data from SuiteCRM modules like Account, Contact, Lead, Prospect, User, Quote and Contract and then send them out for signature directly from SuiteCRM. The signed document's fields are then returned to SuiteCRM and attached to the corresponding SuiteCRM records. The signed documents are returned to SuiteCRM and attached to the document envelope.
#2766 - Install & Configuration
Hi. I just installed the add on in my SuiteCRM instance, ran a repair, added the license key. I also created the DocuSign account and sandbox. I even received the confirmation email from DocuSign that my sandbox is ready to use. I created an API key as well. When I enter the DocuSign configuration info in SuiteCRM admin section, I continue to get this error: "Error occured while authenticating API call to https://demo.docusign.net/restapi/v2/login_information failed: SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate."
I am trying to setup and test in my dev environment first, so I chose Demo environment in the DocuSign configuration. Am I missing something else in the process? I didn't see anything else n the forum or install/user guides. Thanks!

Hi,
The error message listing of docusign suggest the bellow PARTNER_AUTHENTICATION_FAILED = The specified Integration Key was not found or is disabled.
Can you please verify if the Integrator Key is correct? and you have Entered the Integrator key itself other than API Account ID ?

I have double checked that the API integrator key is setup in my DocuSign account and that is what I'm entering in SuiteCRM admin section for your add-on's API configuration. The email address and password I have to enter in your API configuration is my DocuSign account email and address?

Does it matter what type of environment I'm testing this in? I'm in my SuiteCRM dev environment using localhost:8080 for now.

Also, the error I provided in my original information sounds like an authentication problem between SuiteCRM and DocuSign and even mentions SSL certificate problem: "login_information failed: SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate."

I'd also like to know how the $799 annual pricing works that's listed for this add-on's pricing. Is that just for your add-on? Are we also required to pay for a DocuSign account to allow it work with your add-on?

Can you share your API integrator key? I will try and confirm, Because the message that appears says integration key issue. The status code of DocuSign API says so. Another option is you need to check if the SSL is installed or so, what causes the problem. Here are some hints
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/32398244/docusign-api-call-errors-php https://www.mageplaza.com/kb/ssl-certificate-problem-unable-to-get-local-issuer-certificate.html
Or you can get in touch with us over skype so we can address this quickly. The localhost should be fine. Test, Demo, Production instance should not be a problem. Yes, That price is our annual subscription for the integration, The DocuSign account needs to be subscribed as well.

Hello,
I have tried with your integration key and it is working well. Attaching a screenshot for your reference.
As mentioned in the screenshot can you please confirm that you have selected "DocuSign Environment" = Demo? If you have selected Demo and still you have the same error then the issue will be of SSL as described previously. For that, If you come on Skype we can address this quickly. Our Skype id: urdhvatech

Hi, I did select Demo as the environment. I was also able to test in another SuiteCRM instance running with an active SSL certificate. I have not been able to get the DocuSign templates yet though.

You know it would be helpful just to schedule a call with you since you know how your add on works and I could screen share and explain and show how i want to use your add on and you could probably tell me if it even works the way I need it to. Would you be open to getting on a call in Skype or Teams?
