#3631 - My CRM cannot connect to FreePBX

Hi there,

I think i have correctly installed CRM modules : Module install + Connector params + User edit extra fields. The FreePBX module also seems to work as incoming and outgoing calls are logged into the « cel_prostiezvonki_21-May-2021_17-04-19.log »-like file.

BUT nothing happen in the CRM : Neither on-Call popup, nor call history, nor click-to-call

    Hello, according to the log, no user is connected to the module on the PBX side. That is why you do not see events in CRM. Please send: 1) Settings for connecting to the module All-In-One-CTI from the CRM Admi panel 2) Screenshot of the profile of the current user with the configured internal number (2002, according to the log) 3) Screenshot of the browser console from main page od CRM of the user who has the 2002 number configured. 4) If you can, please execute the command in the browser console and send the output: pz.isConnected ();

    If these things do not help, then I can connect to you remotely and check all the settings.
