#1331 - Click to call not work
Hello, I have problems with the "click to call" function, when executing the click on the browser console it appears
extension => 0990693277 => 0990693277
0 </ Code> 0 </ RequestID> </ Details> </ Response>
and the call is not executed. The following appears in the pbx monitor log:

Hi, Please send me the whole log file from your PBX-connector (/var/log/asterisk/cel_prostiezvonki-datetime.log) And please send me screenshot with browswer console opened.

Hi, 1. I can't see anything on your last screenshot. Please make screenshot (not take a picture with your phone). 2. Send me config.txt file from PBX-connector folder to [email protected] 3. Send me your sugarcrm license to [email protected] 4. Please try to open this URL http://192.168.11.105:10150/?CID and send me screenshot 5. If you can give me access to your CRM instance by http (I mean - login, password and URL for your CRM), then it will be easier to analyze your problem. I can't see any problem in your log files attached.
