#4983 - SuiteCRM 8 support - what's taking so long?
You market the product as "A complete plugin rebuild developed and maintained by SuiteCRM developers", but it does not support SuiteCRM 8. It is really strange that SuiteCRM encourage people to upgrade from SuiteCRM 7 to 8, but "your own addon" does not work with it! We upgraded to SuiteCRM 8 some 4 months ago and we have not been able to use SuiteCRM outlook plugin that we are paying for. I'm anxious to learn what you are going to do about it. Will you release v8 compatible version or are we getting a refund?

SuiteCRM 8 support is currently under development.
Before upgrading to SuiteCRM 8, we recommend you carefully test each feature and plugin you rely upon to ensure it's fully supported and compatible. SuiteCRM 8 is still early in its development life cycle and this means several features or plugins may not yet be compatible.
All going well, we aim to include SuiteCRM 8 support in our next Outlook Plugin release. We will notify you and other Outlook Plugin Users once this has been released.

Still no progress? I raised the question 7 months ago. Please give us an idea when we can expect SuiteCRM 8 compatibility. We are very close to move away from SuiteCRM if we don't find a product to handle the Emails.

Suite8 Support was added in release version 4.1.0, released on 17th October 2023.
Please download the newest version from the store and follow the instructions on the release notes.
