Hello,

I have installed and set up the Outlook AddIn from Suite CRM. However, I always get the attached error when I try to archive an email. Furthermore i send you a picture with the permissions from the user. Can you support me with this?

    Can you confirm what version of the plugin your are using, from your error screenshot it look like it could be version , which is no longer support?

      im using the newest version from the OutlookPlugin (August 2021) and the SuiteCRM 7.11.23 version.
