#3805 - SuiteCRM outlook plugin Authentication Error

Hi Team,

We have installed “SuiteCRM-Outlook-Plugin_4.0.0” on our local instance but getting network error please find attached snap. Please note that same issue we have raised before that but still issue is pending so we would like to request you please look into this on priority.

Please refer old support case number & Subject "#3259 - Unable to load Authentication/Archiving window"

    Hi a network error would suggest that outlook can hit your CRM or there is a configuration issue

    if possible can you send us (via email and referencing this ticket number #3805) the manifest file generated in your CRM to help us assess what is going on?

      we have replied twice via email,we assume the email are being blocked or going into your spam folder on your end if you have not received them?

    multiple email have been sent to the email your listed

    but here is the message:-

    Looking at the manifest it using what appear to be an invalid local address as the URL for the CRM, this is likely what is configured in config.php file on your CRM and hence this will be what it will be using in the generated manifest for the plugin for it to connect to the CRM

    as this appear to be what could be a local IP address, and if that IP address is not accessible on the machine where outlook is being used, then this is likely the reason why you are getting the error you are.

    It maybe that you need to update the configured URL in your CRM to be an external facing one, then regenerate the manifest. Otherwise, if you have a special setup you may need to look at setting it up slightly differently, if this is the case please provide some more information on your setup.
