    Hi there,

    Could you please try the following,

    Uninstall the plugin via the "Programs & Features" menu, Install the plugin using the latests version of the .mis installer (Right click on the file and run as administrator), Follow through the install wizard and hit "Finish" once complete.

    Reopen or open outlook and allow for 30 seconds to pass without input, If you see the SuiteCRM tab in the navigation bar click on it and hit settings Fill out the setting information as required (Ensure you hit "Test Credentials" before hitting save.)

    Now try to archive something to the CRM

    Please let us know of your results,

    Hi there,

    Could you please ensure that you have upgraded to the newest version of the plug-in and if this issues continues if possible could you please send your Outlook DEBUG logs (logs set at DEBUG level) while replicating the issue to our support email address outlook[at]salesagility[dot]com referencing this Ticket #[2076]. If you could also include what PHP version the CRM is run on, that would be much appreciated and will help us investigate this issue further.

    I HAVE THIS ISSUE AS WELL

    Has the development team EVEN LOOKED AT THIS?????

    Responses seem canned: ...reinstall.... ...make sure you are using the latest version... ...what version PHP are you running... ...blah blah blah...

    REALLY????

    Hi there,

    We are currently working towards a fix and will update you as soon as one is available however as for now the following may allow you to use the plugin without having to hit the save button causing the issue;

    How to update plugin settings without using the in-outlook menu.

    Navigate to the file called user.config found in C:\User(YOUR USERNAME)\AppData\Local\Microsoft_Corporation(FOLDER CONTAINING "SuiteCRMAddIn")(Newest created Folder)\ Open the user.config file using notepad (Or for ease of use I suggest notepad++)

    Using the find function (Normally CTRL+F) to locate the following names and update the values found between the UPDATETHIS tags below;

    Find > Username Update value with CRM Username

    Find > Password Update value with CRM Password

    Find > Host Update value with CRM URL

    Find > LicenceKey Update value with Plugin Licence Key

    If you would like to enable debug logs (Useful if you are sending us logs to assist with debugging the issues you are experiencing) Find > LogLevel and update value with Debug

    Afterwards please open outlook and check in the settings page that your changes have been reflected by the plugin (Note: Atm hitting save appears to cause an error on certain installations. However exiting without saving will not change your settings you updated)
