#1826 - constant message about "Login to CRM failed". Cannot close, reconfigure or disbale it. Have to forced closeoutlook
This happens not on only to me, but also with my colleguas (5 pc's). It is more than annoying and if i can find another plugin/solution if will unstill this direct.
A solution to this problem is a must

btw when i test the login, then it is successful. So it really doesn't make sense

Hi Rico,
That is strange that the "Test Login" works fine yet when you saves the settings screen the shown dialog popups.
Are you able to turn the error level to Debug from the Add-in's settings screen and save? Hopefully that will record more information about the error in the Plugin's error log. Once you have updated the error level and been able to execute the "Login to CRM failed" please send us your add-in logs to outlook[at]salesagility[dot]com referencing this case so we can investigate this further.

Hi, Im happy with your resposne. I was worried no one would care..I have put the log level on debug now. We have a lot of problems with this. The plug in is often stopped by outlook en and it is really hard to activate it again, with the above mentioned problem as one of the results. Our crm http://crm.picasse.com can only be accessed trhough a VPN. We are ofcourse all on the VPN, but still it might be related.

Is it possible if we could ask you to send your Outlook DEBUG logs (logs set at DEBUG level) while replicating the issue to our support email address outlook[at]salesagility[dot]com referencing this Ticket #1826. If you could also include what PHP version you are running off of, that would be much appreciated and we'll investigate.
